「麗しき中国」の建設は「中国の夢」の重要な一環である。「麗しき中国」の建設は、自然を尊重し、自然に順応し、自然を保護する理念に基き、資源の節約と環境保護という基本国策を貫徹し、グリーン発展、循環発展、低炭素発展をもっと自覚的に推進しなければならない、ということである。また「麗しき中国」建設は、自然にもっと広い回復できる空間を残し、農業にもっと良い田畑を残し、子孫に青い空、緑の大地、清らかな水に囲まれた生産と生活の環境を残さなければならない、ということである。「中国の夢」の実現が環境を犠牲にした代償であってはならず、経済発展と同時に、エコ環境を適切に保護する。「麗しき中国」の建設は、中国の長期的な発展に有利であり、世界の持続可能な発展の推進を助け、さらに人類共通の夢―「麗しき地球」の保護の実現にも役立つであろう。
美丽中国
建设美丽中国是中国梦的重要内容。建设美丽中国，就是要按照尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的理念，贯彻节约资源和保护环境的基本国策，更加自觉地推动绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展。建设美丽中国，就是要给自然留下更多修复空间，给农业留下更多良田，为子孙后代留下天蓝、地绿、水清的生产生活环境。中国梦的实现不以牺牲环境为代价，在发展经济的同时，保护好生态环境。建设“美丽中国”，有利于中国的长远发展，也将助推世界可持续发展，更有助于实现人类共同的梦想：保护美丽的地球。
A Beautiful China
Building a beautiful China is an important part of the Chinese Dream.
To make this happen, it is essential to respect, come in tune with and protect nature; implement the basic state policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment; and be more aware of green, circular and low-carbon development.
To build a beautiful China, it is imperative to leave more space for nature to achieve self-renewal, keep more farmland for farmers, and leave to the future generations a working and living environment with a blue sky, green fields, and clean water.
The Chinese Dream will not be realized at the expense of the environment. While developing the economy, China will protect its environment well.
Building a beautiful China will benefit the country’s long-term development, facilitate the world’s sustainable development, and more importantly, help fulfill the dream shared by all humans to protect the beautiful earth.
Une belle Chine
La construction d’une belle Chine est une partie importante du rêve chinois. Elle impose de respecter la nature, de s’y adapter et de la protéger. Elle requiert d’appliquer la politique fondamentale de l’Etat régissant l’économie des ressources et la protection de l’environnement, et de promouvoir plus consciencieusement un développement écologique, circulaire et à bas carbone. Elle exige de laisser à la nature davantage de possibilités pour se régénérer, et à l’agriculture davantage de terres fertiles. Enfin, elle implique de transmettre aux générations futures un environnement au ciel pur, aux champs verdoyants et aux eaux limpides. Le rêve chinois ne se réalisera pas au détriment de l’environnement. Il faut protéger celui-ci au cours du développement économique. La construction d’une belle Chine est favorable au développement durable de la Chine et du monde entier, mais aussi à la réalisation du rêve commun de l’humanité, celui de protéger la splendeur terrestre.
Una China hermosa
Un aspecto importante del sueño chino es la edificación de una China hermosa. Para construirla, se nos requiere ajustarnos a nociones de respeto, adaptación y protección a la naturaleza y aplicar la política estatal básica de ahorro de los recursos y preservación del medio ambiente, con el fin de impulsar más conscientemente el desarrollo ecológico, circular y bajo en carbono, así como dejarle a la naturaleza mayor margen de recuperación, a la agricultura más tierra cultivable y a nuestra posteridad un entorno con cielos azules, tierras verdes y aguas limpias para la vida y la producción. No es permisible materializar el sueño chino a expensas del medio ambiente, y, junto con desarrollar la economía, hay que proteger como es debido el entorno ecológico. La construcción de una China hermosa favorecerá el desarrollo a largo plazo del país, ayudará a impulsar el desarrollo sostenible del mundo y, asimismo, contribuirá más a hacer realidad el sueño común de la humanidad: la protección de este hermoso planeta.
صين جميلة
بناء صين جميلة هو المحتوى الرئيسي لحلم الصين. يقصد ببناء صين جميلة الالتزام بالأفكار المتمثلة في احترام الطبيعة والتمشي معها وحمايتها، وتطبيق سياسة الدولة الأساسية لتوفير الموارد وحماية البيئة، ودفع التنمية الخضراء والتنمية الدورية والتنمية المنخفضة الكربون على نحو أكثر طوعية. يقصد ببناء صين جميلة ترك مجال أوسع لإعادة الطبيعة إلى وضعها الأصلي، وترك مزيد من الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة، وترك بيئة حياة وإنتاج جيدة فيها السماء الزرقاء والأرض الخضراء والمياه الصافية للأجيال القادمة. لن نسعى وراء تحقيق حلم الصين على حساب البيئة، إنما سنعمل على حماية البيئة الإيكولوجية في الوقت الذي نسعى فيه لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. إن بناء "صين جميلة" لن يسهم في تحقيق التنمية الصينية البعيدة المدى فحسب، بل سيدفع التنمية العالمية المستدامة، حتى يساهم في تحقيق الحلم المشترك للبشرية: حماية الكرة الأرضية الجميلة.
