公平と正義の堅持
公平と正義の堅持は中国の特色ある社会主義の内在的要求である。全人民の共同の努力と経済・社会発展の基礎の上に、社会的な公平・正義の保障に対して大きな役割を果たす制度を早急に整備し、権利の公平、機会の公平、ルールの公平を主要な内容とする社会的公平保障システムを徐々に構築し、力を尽くして公平な社会環境づくりに励み、人民の平等参加、平等発展の権利を保障しなければならない。
坚持公平正义
坚持公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求。要在全体人民共同奋斗、经济社会发展的基础上，加紧建设对保障社会公平正义具有重大作用的制度，逐步建立以权利公平、机会公平、规则公平为主要内容的社会公平保障体系，努力营造公平的社会环境，保证人民平等参与、平等发展权利。
Fairness and justice
Fairness and justice are inherent requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the concerted efforts of its entire people and its economic and social development, China must step up efforts to develop institutions that are vital to ensuring social fairness and justice. It must also establish in due course a system guaranteeing social fairness that features, among other things, equal rights, equal opportunities and fair rules for all, and foster a fair social environment and ensure people’s equal right to participation in governance and development.
Le développement de l’équité et de la justice
C’est une nécessité inhérente au socialisme à la chinoise. Il faut, grâce aux efforts conjugués de toute la population et sur la base du développement économique et social, accélérer l’institution de mécanismes jouant un rôle essentiel pour assurer l’équité et la justice sociales. Il faut par ailleurs constituer progressivement un système de garantie pour l’équité sociale, fondé principalement sur l’équité en matière de droits, de chances et de règles, afin de créer un environnement social équitable garantissant à toute la population les droits égaux de participation et de développement.
Mantenimiento de la equidad y la justicia
Esta es la exigencia intrínseca del socialismo con peculiaridades chinas. Sobre la base de la lucha conjunta de todo el pueblo y el desarrollo económico y social, hemos de intensificar la implantación de sistemas que desempeñen un importante papel en la garantización de la equidad y justicia sociales y establecer gradualmente un sistema de garantía de la equidad social cuyo contenido principal sea la equidad en derechos, oportunidades y reglas, en un esfuerzo por crear un entorno social equitativo, asegurando al pueblo su derecho a participar y desarrollarse en pie de igualdad.
التمسك بالإنصاف والعدالة
يعد التمسك بالإنصاف والعدالة مطلبا متأصلا للاشتراكية ذات الخصائص الصينية. لذا يجب تسريع بناء أنظمة ذات أهمية بالغة لضمان الإنصاف والعدالة الاجتماعيين، وإنشاء منظومة لضمان الإنصاف الاجتماعي بالتدريج، تتخذ الإنصاف في الحقوق والفرص والمبادئ مضامين رئيسية، والعمل على تهيئة بيئة اجتماعية يسودها الإنصاف، وضمان حقوق الشعب في المشاركة المتساوية والتنمية المتساوية، وكل ذلك على أساس الكفاح المشترك لكل أبناء الشعب والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
